What We Ask From You

A few small things help us serve you better.

Give us the right details when you order.Make sure you use the name the right number and the right address. If you get the address wrong your food might never reach you.

Please ask us questions before you order of asking after the order is placed. If you are not sure, about the spice level or an ingredient just message us early. Once we start cooking it is too late to change anything.

Be around on delivery day. Our rider will call the number you gave. Won’t be home? Let us know beforehand not afterward.

When your order arrives keep it as the packaging instructions say. It will stay longer that way

About Our Products

We make real food. Not something stamped out on a factory line, looking the same every single time. So a few things can shift a bit.

Website photos get updated once in a while, but your actual product might look slightly different. Ingredients can change too, depending on what our suppliers have that week. Taste can vary a little from batch to batch.

Got allergies or something you need to avoid? Check the packet when it arrives.. Just ask us before ordering.

If a product genuinely feels wrong tell us about the product. We want to know.

Ordering and Paying

Placing an order on our site is basically you making an offer to buy. We confirm it once we check stock and your delivery details.

You’ll get a confirmation after ordering. If something’s out of stock, we call or message you. We don’t just cancel it quietly.

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. If something looks wrong on our end, we reach out before charging you anything.

At checkout, you’ll see the payment options available for your area. Usually cash on delivery. Sometimes online payment too.

Need to change or cancel an order? Reach out fast. Once it’s packed and moving, it’s usually too late.

Privacy

We collect your name, number, and address for one reason. To process your order and answer your questions.

We don’t sell your information. You won’t start getting random spam emails just because you ordered once. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Content Ownership

Our logo, product photos, and everything written here belongs to SM Desi Products.

Sharing our posts, or linking back to us? Go ahead, we actually like that. Just don’t take our content or photos and use them for your own business without asking first.

Our Responsibility

We try hard to get every order to you in good shape, on time. But some things aren’t up to us. Bad weather. A blocked road. A courier having a rough day.

We’re not responsible for indirect losses caused by delays outside our control. What we will do is replace or refund the specific order that had a problem.

None of this takes away rights you already have under consumer protection laws in Pakistan.

We might update these terms sometimes. A new delivery area, maybe, or a small policy change. When that happens, we update the date below.

Order from us often? Worth checking this page once in a while. For bigger changes, we’ll try to tell customers directly too.
